Equally attentive to the goals of the neighborhoods where we undertake our projects, we endeavor to foster openings for vendors rooted in local communities. Each vendor, subcontractor and service provider is required to satisfactorily navigate an accreditation procedure. This systematic evaluation aids us in pinpointing the most fitting collaborator(s) for each undertaking.
